Sequels that were just BAD!!!

You ever had a game, book, or movie where the first was a master piece, but the sequel was terrible. I'm not talking about sequels where they were disappoints, but were good in their own way, I'm talking about sequels that make you pissed on how bad it is.

halo 3:ODST. the campaign was boring. no multiplayer. the firefight would be good but halo reach remade it 20x better so it cant even stand up on that. but there is one thing, one aspect of a terrible game, one detail that would make it all worthwhile.... you can play as sgt.johnson in fire fight!!!! but I didnt get it. i pre-ordered it and even got it a day early. but play.com didnt put MY vode in the game. and thats why i get pissed off at the people on youtube who got 10 codes in one game!

The sequels to Starship Troopers: The first was fairly high budget for the time, the sequels were like something an amateur film group might come up with.

Predators: It was just a load of crap. The plot made no sense, nor did the "lore", and it was full of clichés, more so than you'd expect.

Turok: Poor design, ridiculously short, repetitive, hopelessly linear.

Half Life was pretty decent, but the sequels were sub par at best.

I don't agree, but I can understand why someone who likes the first may not like the sequels, they do have a very different feel to them.

OT: In all seriousness, Devil May Cry 2 is the worst sequel I've ever played.

For movies, Alien 3 & 4, X-Men 3, Spider-Man 3, Aliens vs. Predator 1 & 2 (they're technically not sequels, but it's a sequel/spin-off of estabilished franchises), every single Rambo movie with a number attached to it, same with Karate Kid and Rocky and last but not least, Jurassic Park 2 & 3.
