With the release of Black and White in Japan, I've been following the release information more than curious about the games. I go to see the finally released images only to be met with a comment from nintendo via Serebii saying that all images relating to black and white had to be removed because they were in violation of intellectual property.
Now, if an image is being used for profit i understand, but on a non-profit site, i thought they were protected because of fair-use act much in the same way that fan fiction writers were. In any case, Im still glad the site is up. So my question to you is: If you use Serebii will the lack of B/W images will affect your experience and if images are not covered under fair use, do you think nintendo did the right thing to protect American gamers from having their pokemon spoiled early?
