Sessler from G4 bashes Killzone 2 fanboys

So I guess that the fanboys finally got to the heads of the professional Game Critics...

Here [http://g4tv.com/thepile/videos/36553/Sesslers-Soapbox-Killzone-Mailbag.html] is a funny video of Sesslers response to the rampant fanboyism that exploded on their website when their Killzone 2 review got released.

G4 gave Killzone 2 a 5/5 star rating and even then the fanboys filled the site with stupidities that is byond comprehensive reason.

Personally, I agree with him. If you have for once looked into the Forums of GameFAQs, GameSpot or GameTrailers you have probably experienced more fanboyism than any person would possibly have to put up with.

The real sad part about it is that I really don't mind these grand console exclusive games.
It's their fanclub that I just can't stand for one second. They're just a bunch of immature pomous pricks.

KillZone 2 looks like a good game but I would probably be more interested if the campaign had co-op. From my understanding it doesn't, correct?

Thanks, for posting it, but this fanwar is so stupid, I've never taken a side, but my new ps3 is growing on me... bad thoughts, bad thoughts.

But he could not come up with a better reason, seriously?
I bet he went like, "Look, Gears had 0,1 better score, thereby the 360 is better..." The whole fault in those arguments is that its the games that make the console, not the other way around, I could see gears working on a ps3, if they felt like porting it. That's my opinion.

No, I'd suggest you watch the video before you go off on that assumption. But the title is a bit misleading, I'd suggest the OP change it.

I liked the video it really highlighted the absurdity of some of the fanboyish comments.

I can't understand 360 owners complaints as a 360 owner myself we already have a tonne of shooters in all colours of the spectrum and I can't understand at all the comments of PS3 owners who ranted even though it got a 5/5.

Sometimes people are just spoiling for a fight.

Also totally agree with his overview of the situation saying there needs to be less fanboyism and more intelligent discussion.

I understand certain types of Fanboys like the Fallout Fanboys or the Nintendo Fanboys, but people who complain that 5/5 review wasn't good enough for a game that hasn't even come out yet, utterly nonsensical.
