Sex-Workouts. A good idea?

You know that thing when you climb up a pole or rope and you get that sort of tingly feeling in your crotch? Ever had that as a boy? No?
Unless you're a girl I'd be seriously surprised if you didn't, because all boys love climbing rope and poles.

Essentially what this feeling leads to is that you could climb pretty much all day. Here's the thought now: I think sexual stimulation could be used quite effectively for working out, maybe if there was a sort of more mechanical or advanced method available. Sex itself can be a great workout, but working out with simple stimulation could work for more specialized training, or get people fit that desperately need to. Exactly how these machines would work I don't know, but I'm sure someone could think of something. Maybe even just an influx of chemicals.

It combines two awesome things at once, and for some reason the body's threshold for pain is increased by like a zillion if you're being stimulated (all my left handed man-children would probably agree).

Marketing the devices could be tricky I guess, especially in NA.

I'm not serious about this, just a thought. So, could it work?

Well, as long as you can't have any horrible accidents... I mean, that'd be the worst place for it to happen.

Yeah I remember the rope thing, what is that?! It's not really sexual because I wasn't actually aroused at the time but it felt good.

The human body is a weird thing.

A lot of girls report the same when riding horses or motorbikes.

Well for men, it basically does exist, but the problem is, that A: they are entirely too expensive, or B: the immediate stigma attached to them would put people off from using them.

Its hard enough to get people to work out, imagine how little they would work out if they felt shame for how they are working out..

I thought this thread was going in a way different direction to be honest.

OT: I don't know I can't really see any workouts that we could do other than humping a pole or climbing a rope unless we get a new type of chair that you sit in to lift and there is a pole between your legs and it moves as you lift but that's a weird idea so I don't think it'll catch on.

As far as I know, you become aware of your ability to be aroused at about 4 or 5, but it takes until puberty to actually "work", if you know what I mean.

Freud put it even earlier than that, at the Phallic stage of development - where the Oedipus and the Elektra complex start.

Not a particularly pleasant thought, but then most of the human body isn't.

Heh, me too. I thought it was going to be about workouts while having sex. >_>

Well, doesn't workout itself lead to the release of endorphins? Like with the dozens of stories of marathon runners that were so high that they didn't notice their fething leg being broken and still finishing?

Anyway, I'm mostly with FalloutJack: If you have an accident, that's how the paramedics will tell your mom they found you, climbing ropes with sexually stimulating equipment. I like to keep sex and physical work as far apart as possible... :p

Well take a guess why somany girls ride bikes and why they especially like riding horses.

Using sex to train men is simple, show them a good looking woman at the gym and say she's really into beefed up guys, by the end of the month they will be bench pressing cars.

I dont react well to sexualness. I always get a feeling of being high (though I've never been high, so I guess just euphoria), and everything is drastically funnier. So if I was doing what you're saying, I would be sitting there giggling till I, um... had the feeling pass.

I react better to pain, mainly cause I want to fight harder to get out of it. That instinctual animal agression my grandfather and uncle have been beating (rather literally) into me, has been alot more beneficial.

Wouldn't that make gyms like a big building where people go to lose weight by publicly masturbating?

Gotta think these things through, buddy. Also, why is most of your post in a spoiler?

When I was a child, my friend and I had that feeling when we walked on wood and were just on the verge of slipping.

I'm sure people could make it work somehow if they wanted to, but if you're thinking of a machine, you'd have to keep in mind that people would probably want to hide it.

Out of boredom, I came into this thread.

I am disturbed, yet intrigued. It won't happen any time soon OP. Society isn't ready for it.
