SGE Mod for Skyrim is it legit?

Hello,

I know this topic seems a little weird and maybe a little misplaced, but i don't check any other forums besides these ones on a daily basis so i figured i would ask here, seeing as i been reading escapist articles for a long time now.

In any case, was just wondering if the SGE (Skyrim Global Evolution) mod was actually a legitimate mod the mod is here...

as you can see it's hosted by a legit site, but what that mod is offering seems WAY too good to be true, has anyone actually used it? If they did, does it work as it describes?

Well, the "Mod" is only 15kb, and consists of a RAR full of txt files.

The Readme states: "All it is, is a bunch of txts that YOU MUST PLACE INTO YOUR DATA FOLDER. Once you do that all you do is open the console and type codes for what you want to spawn:"

A bunch of batch file codes for spawning items.

So, yeah, you *could* create a "city" by spawning buildings, ect. in front of you, but the rest seems like a pipe dream.

A bit presumptuous of the author even call it a 0.5 version, IMO. More like 0.01. But perhaps that's just me being snarky.
