I've heard about this quite a bit. Machinima not allowing BroTeamPill to make the videos that made them popular instead only allowing them to stream. Which almost all of what I watched was boring as shit. I can understand, I know BroTeamPill has mentioned that he wants to make those videos again and a large amount of their fanbase has as well. I honestly don't know what will happen, but whatever does. I hope BroTeamPill still exists.
And that guy streaming is a total asshole and one of the biggest dumbasses I've ever seen. Is he like one of Machinima's top people or something? I also think what's causing the rift between Machinima and content creators is the rise of Twitch. Streaming seems to be Machinima's big thing now. Pretty much having someone streaming at all times. I've also heard their ads are fucking atrocious and all over the place[footnote]Should clarify for mod purposes, I don't watch live streams nor use twitch. So this isn't an ad-block thing.[/footnote]. Ads=Money, more stream time+ads=a lot of money. This benefits teams like Inside Gaming you grew to popularity thanks to their streams, but hurts teams like BroTeam who got popular because of edited videos. Either way Machinima is filled with a bunch of greedy assholes.
