Should ... be legalised/illegal?

At least five times a month we see a topic along these lines "Should weed be legalised" or "should smoking be illegal". These usually end up with people arguing and some stating the fact that the topic has been done 100 times before.
But i'm not here to argue about this, instead I though we'd make a game out of it. If YOU could make one thing on this greeny-bluey planet legal and another thing illegal what would they be? It can be anything from weed to this topic, so go on. Choose.

I personally can't decide but if I could, I would legalise weed and... I guess since I can't decide for anything to make illegal so i'll just make banana hammocks on men illegal.

as hypocritical as it may sound, i'd legalize and regulate pretty much all drugs, because we've seen how effective the war on drugs has been.
here's where the hypocrisy comes in: i'd make casinos illegal. why? because the people who own them are the scum of the earth. people make the argument that casinos are good for local economy, but that is bullcrap. unless you're in a place like Vegas, Reno, or Atlantic City where your casinos draw people from other places, all a casino does is erode the foundation of your local economy. they bleed money from poor idiots who can't afford to lose money while making 1 or 2 assholes extremely rich. yes, yes, i know, personal accountability... yes, the idiots plugging their life savings away are guilty, too, but that doesn't mean i can't hate on the casinos and their owners.

*edit* damn, it appears i've fallen prey to one of the classic blunders. no, not getting involved in a land war in asia. rather, thinking this would be a semi-serious discussion. sorry 'bout that.
