Should I get Skyrim?

Based on these facts:

I like Fallout 3
I like The Witcher
I played only a bit of Oblivion but didn't find myself liking immediately

should I get Skyrim?

Yes, one Escapist poll showed it as the best game of all time and another (is bound to show it) as game of the year.

But then, I don't like Fallout, I have never played the Witcher and I love Oblivion.

But despite that, it is a great game in its own right and worth the money.

Get it on PC though, the mods are already good. Unless you want to join the crowd of sooks who bought it on PS3 just to complain. Seriously, why would you buy a TES game on a console? You deserve lag and glitches just for making that decision.

Ugh, if you're one of those losers who could give fuck all about story and just want the gameplay then maybe.

however, if you actually care about the story I would recommend that you go out and get it NOW.

If it helps at all I hated Oblivion and apsolutely adore this game.

It is a pretty cool game, if you like freedom and roleplaying then you will likely enjoy Skyrim. It's not the best game for RPing but it's a pretty damn good one.
