It sounds...surreal.
is that a good thing or a bad thing? lol
Let's just say it gave me the image that I was floating through the clouds and this MacBook and a ship's anchor flew by. Oh yeah, the Tag Mahal on the clouds.

It was just a strange sound.

I liked it but it didn't seem like it was going anywhere. I think you should keep at it!
you mean it took too long to build up? or you wanted me to switch things up more?

It was alright, not really my thing.
It's not something I would actively listen to, but it would work well as background music.

The reversal effects are kind of neat, but REALLY sap the momentum out of the track. You should work on a better implementation.

No, no not at all!
What I mean is that it's too slow for me personally to listen to while I'm at home for example(the electronic music I like is more along the lines of Skinny Puppy and such), but it's great if you want to set a chilled mood (stoner party?).
What I would suggest is that you make it longer, I didn't really have a chance to get into it before it was over.

Oh ok and the reason for the shortness was because I didnt really know how well I was doing with the song so didn't want to waste time on making it longer.

Well, it definitely shows promise. I don't think you should kill it OR leave it be, I think what you really need to do is expand it, improve it, develop it... I'm never, ever going to tell someone not to make music.

So no, don't kill it. Continue. Fight the good fight.
