Silly questions stupid answers

Hi just wondering if any one else has had any stupid questions asked them by tech support or sales staff in stores:
is your pc plugged in sir?
Have you turned it off and on again?
What are you using the freezzer for?
Please please post on this as I then know I'm not the only one

For me it was a question about stopping the children's channels on my Sky monthly bill,

he asked "Why don't your kids want it?",
I said, "I just don't want it anymore",
"But your kids?",
"I dont have kids"
"You might."
