Sims 3 on xbox

Does anyone know if this game has co-op?
Can you build 2 or more story houses?
and is there a full lifestyle cycle?

I'm going to bet you can built 2 or more story house. You could do that on the Sims 2, so why wouldn't you be able to in Sims 3?
