Have any of you been playing MineCraft lately, or yet? If so, what are some of your creations? Here are two of mine so far. This game is so much fun for anyone who feels like being creative at all.

Oh, lord. That is awesome.

I just barely got it last night. Needless to say, I was up until 5am playing it. I've yet to make anything like that, but I definitely want to try something like that. What did you use to build them?

The outlines are obsidian stones on both characters. So, essentially, all the dark stones on the characters are obsidian. For Wood Man, Wood was obviously used. Sand was used as the lighter colors. The Green for the eyebrows are leaves.

As for Mega Man, the lighter blue is Diamond, and the darker blue is glass filled with water. However, the glass filled with water needed Diamond behind because otherwise you would see through it too much and see the mountain behind it. haha And thanks guys =)

IS it though? It looks kinda gimmicky... The whole sandbox-create-stuff thing is alright, but where's the actual game?
Well...I'm having a blast with it. Its a lot of fun if you have an imagination. Just creating stuff is so...intriguing. For example, I just created another memorable character. I could do this all day.

I have some pretty cool stuff, it's really late, I've had a horrible day, and I'm tired. I'll post some of my stuff in this thread tomorrow. I swear.

Creating buildings and sculptures are only part of the game, there's also the survival horror aspect of it that occurs at night and the dungeon crawling aspect when you explore caves.

You can also create interesting traps, like a pit that drowns enemies and harvests their remains.

You mean...AirMan, right? If so, I'll get on that tomorrow. No worries =D In the midst of doing a very very tall Pikachu.

I... really hate you.... Not really but damn thats talent. I can't do that. I call this my Jared Leto complex, hate for people more talented than I am.
Seriously tho, Minecraft is the shit, I don't care if the graphics remind me of something from the Windows 98 era.

Well done, man! I usually don't make things in Minecraft, I spend most of my time exploring.

I've been playing it for a while now, and stopped as it was getting a bit dull.
But my favourite creation was the perpetual motion glitch with mine carts, so I had a massive area I could zoom around in, shooting arrows at zombies!
Or perhaps it was my first base, it had a massive moat and was on the beach. In the end, I decided to delve into my massive mine, which to stop myself becoming lost, I planted torches every so often (To give you a thought about the size, I used roughly 500 torches. And I didn't put them down that frequently), and grabbed a few bucket fulls of lava. Went up to the nearest mountain and put it down, making new lava whenever it ran out of steam, so in the end I was surrounded by a lava moat!
Plus I didn't ever need torches again.

Haha Anyone can do it, just need a bit of patience and actually taking the time to plot it out. Its a lot of fun! Thank you as well!

Thanks! Yeah, I spent a lot of my beginning time digging around, trying to find cool places and stuff. I just started this up today.

Nice Minecraft stuff all I have made are building and mines lol But I love the game.
Haha yup, I know how that is. The first thing I made was a very crappy mud house. Now I'm on to bigger and better things though. And thanks!
