...for $40. Not bad at all. Most people who want it probably already have it, but some might have been waiting for a deal, like myself for instance. Anyone else going to pick it up?

Yes, I just bought it, along with Hard Reset. Despite really wanting to play it at release, being a fan of the TES series and all, I told myself that it'd be on sale at the Steam Christmas sale and well, what do you know, I was right. Granted, I can't play it right now, since I'm at my parents for Christmas, but once I get home, I'll finally be able to play, what so many people have been rambling about for the past months.

Now, if Jade Empire finally goes on sale, I can't really ask for much more >.>

Since my PS3 version might as well be a coaster, I guess I should give them 40$ more in order to actually play it. That's the correct thing to do, right guys?

No, I won't be picking it up from Steam, because even though it's on sale at £23.44 it's still more expensive than the £19.99 I paid for Skyrim at retail (actually it only cost me £9.99 because I used £10 of loyalty points I'd acquired over the year).

Steam sales can be good for some older games, but it's pricing is pretty shit for new games. Their sales for new games usually mean they just knock 33% of the price of something they're charging almost 100% more for than vendors who sell the physical version... which is even more ludicrous if the game requires Steamworks to run.

I'll be waiting for the inevitable game of the year edition of the game, once they work out a majority of the game's bugs and glitches.

I really don't have the time and patience right now to deal with a game constantly crashing on me.

£23 on sale, £20 on Amazon and at Game. It's not an unreasonable price, but considering retailers are stocking it at around £20 as their usual price this deal isn't all that great.

Not bad if you don't want to wait for delivery I suppose.
