I know that there have been threads on this before, but they are pretty old. Need a fresh perspective. I want to see how many escapists do this, either as a hobby or just occasionally.

I love putting on a dress, or a skirt. Very much more comfortable than pants. Mostly around the house though, very rarely in public. I'd get even more into it if girls clothing wasn't so expensive. The really pretty stuff anyway. Makeup is fun to, but I think guys and girls should be familiar with how to use it. I normally use just enough to keep my complexion even and blemish free. If you can take a couple of minutes to make yourself look better, why not? Eh, getting ahead of myself.

It doesn't hurt that I have basically the perfect body type for it, I won't have this young slender figure forever so I better have fun with it now. ;)

So does the escapist have any body else that finds it fun? Come on, you know you wanna. :D

Hmm. That's an odd question when you put it like that.

I don't recall this being asked before. Lots of stuff about transsexuals though, which usually degenerates into some pretty nasty stuff before too long.

But cross-dressing? Not really. (Though I'm sure some would argue it's related, while it might look superficially similar, the motivation seems vastly different.)

Meh, I don't shy away from it. Being one of those tall & skinny boys I am able to pass myself off as a pretty fine looking woman without much trouble (as long as I cover my ridiculously pointy adam's apple), though in general I make it a habit to specifically grow a goatee to give whistlers and onlookers a happy surprise when I turn around, unless it's cross dressing for stage purposes. Seriously, resulting looks are quite priceless.

Normally I keep it to Halloween, community theatre, or lost bets, but in each case someone is always willing to lend me a bra & skirt or the like whenever it occurs.

I have girly glasses, and a pink iPod... That's about it really... I'll wear my girlfriend's jacket occasionally, just to make her giggle...

I've been known to wear bras.. on my head.

That's about the extent of it, though.

I like to wear my husbands shirts. Seriously, he buys these workout clothes at like, Kmart or target or something and they are SO COMFORTABLE.

And now his green one has baby spit on the shoulder...VENGEANCE!

I tend to favor male punk clothing over womens and love men's tshirts. Too large male shirts are the best things to sleep in... when you don't have company you hope to sleep with.

Once, when I was in my first band and on our first performance at this little bar during what was essentially open mic night half of us wore suits and the other half wore gowns... I was in the other half...

My ladyfriend's boyfriend is a cross dresser, and he's more buff than me.....masculinity means nothing today.

Yeah. On occasion.

I always feel bad about it afterwards, though.

Then I realize, I'm a fucking dude! I can be as girly as I want and will still be a manly fucking fuck.

(See right there? I can CURSE!)

For my birthday in a week, I asked for a nice pair of manly panties (http://xdress.com/product/view/z299).

So. There's your answer.

I'm curious about doing so, but don't really have much of an idea how, an outlet or people/friends that would supportive or enjoy it. I tend to wear more 'girly' clothing now, bright colors, nail polish, girly hats, and some other stuff. But it's not enough to the point where I'd pass as a girl. Really, I just enjoy a lot of feminine and masculine things and enjoying expressing myself.

I can't say I've ever worn women's clothing. I'm too attached to my pants, I'm not even comfortable in shorts.

Though, sometimes when I look in the mirror in the morning I wish it would be socially acceptable for me to put on makeup. Never done that either, though.

I have worn dresses before and I currently own a blonde girl wig. I crossdress for the lulz with close friends, it isn't something I need to do or something. I'm comfortable enough with my own masculinity to be photographed cross dressing.

Yes, to some extent. I'm a frequent participant of anime convnetions, so I crossplay (male dressing as a female character) 99% of the time. Aside from that, I do in private, or only in the presence of my girlfriend while at home.
