Alright a little back story:
I like this girl, ask her out, she says yes, we kiss, we talk, she brings up that She has been raped.

I tell her I'll always be there for her, but honestly I don't know how.

So question, how does someone go about with someone knowing about that? How do I deal with it? What should I do?

Here's some advice, from me to you:

Treat her as normally as possible. Don't treat her like a glass-thing. There may be times when the memory will haunt her - just hold her, and try to distract her (make her laugh/smile, for example). If she wants to talk about it, and she may want to, just listen.

I bet you're worried about the sexual aspect too, huh? Let her guide your actions. You don't have to wait for her to do all the first moves (treat her normally, remember), but don't look discouraged if she stops you.
