I've been busily hacking and slashing my way through the combined legions of Heaven and Hell for a number of hours now, and I find myself enjoying the game most of the time. Usually right up until I find myself faced with a chasm-jump of some variety where the developers seem to think there should only be one way to cross the inexplicable bottomless pit of death, doom and estruction, woe unto any who try to hop the hole in another manner. I am speaking, of course, of the irritating habbit the game has of ignoring arial dash and "glidey shadow wings" inputs when you're trying to jump acros certain gaps.
While this is hardly the most game-breaking bug to ever hit a console, I find it is becoming enough of an issue to make start to really, really hate the puzzle sections. What are the thoughts of my fellow Escapee's on this game and it's labrythnine control mapping and tasty eye candy?
