So how about Sony asking gamers to waive the right to sue?

I found this article on the BBC website, and instantly thought of the Escapist community.

The first line of the article reads as follows:

Sony is preparing to ban gamers from the PlayStation Network (PSN) unless they waive the right to collectively sue it over future security breaches.

It's a change to the TOS that might change the way we think about online gaming, if anyone reads the TOS, that is. What do you think?

It prevents class action suits, this means you can still sue, you just can't file a class action.
