Friend of mine already found out about it. Frequently linked me to Zero Punctuation, Then decided to spend some more time on the actual site.

I was once searching a wiki for bioshock lore, around the time the game was released. That way I found a page linking to zero punctuation (the bioshock episode of course). I was lurking on page for some time, before creating an account. The rest is history.
I was walking in the woods. Completely just minding my own business, until this rabbit came to me and said "How's the weather station holding up?". I was mesmerized, looked deep into its eyes and told myself "I have never been to a weather station". Long story short: I packed my bags, hopped on a seaturtle and here I was; in The Escapist.
I started by watching Zero Punctuation. I then moved on to Unskippable. I decided to join because I liked the articles and wanted to put in my 2-cents. Since nobody has set me on fire (not really badly anyway) I have decided to stay (especially now that Bob has a second show)
To be honest I don't remember. The reason is lost to the mists of time. According to my post history though it was to make some inane comment on a discussion on GTA Chinatown.
A classmate from my Tech showed me a Zero Punctuation video, I started to watch the series, as well as a few other videos. I spent about a year lurking the forums, before finally joining the site.
