Dallán (is the first name of a christian saint, who held the nickname little blind one, thought it would be interesting for a religious reference since were talking about angels here)
Cecil (which also means blind from the latin)

call him Drusus that's the only name I ever suggest cause its my favourite Latin one, which I think would suit an angel. That or Diomedes cause it' another classical name I love.

You don't need an Awesome McCoolName. The character makes the name cool. I mean, what connotations would "Cloud" have as a name if Final Fantasy 7 wasn't around?
What you do need is a name that would fit his origins. Is he a traditional angel? If so, what kind of angel? Or is he a modern idea of angels, like in a lot of anime these days? Give us some context of what sort of world your angel is in.
