Hello fellow escapists, your sagely guidance is required!

Basically I need to get from Manchester to London, bear in mind I have £1 to my name.

Do I:
A) Hitch-hike.
B) Try to blag the coach service (megabus) to let me on a later coach despite the fact my ticket was for 2pm today.
C) Swallow my pride, ring the parents and get them to pick me up (least preffered option).

Any other suggestions are welcome. Oh and Merry Christmas everyone!

Or, make up a story about getting home to your family and come on man, it's Christmas! Please!
And then blag the coach service with it.

I'd try blagging it, and if that fails then call your parents. I know it sucks, but that's really your best bet unless you want to be stuck in Manchester, bearing in mind the Arctic conditions and so on... (I'm in Leeds myself so close enough that I know what the conditions in Manchester are probably like, i.e. the same as here, lit 'bloody freezing'...).
