M. Night Shyamalan is not directing this movie. Nor is he producing this movie. Nor did he write the screenplay. In fact, the only real way he's connected to this movie is because the story was his idea.
Shyamalan has about as much to do with this movie as Tom Clancy has to do with any videogame that's ever bore his name.
Way to do your research, pricks. And don't even pretend like this trailer didn't have you absolutely hooked right up until Shyamalan's name popped up.
Y'know what? Fuck it. I'm seeing it. And y'know what? I'm gonna talk about it. In this forum. Constantly. Whether I like the movie or not. The judgmental attitude in this thread has made me that angry.

Why would you get so pissed?
It is very obvious the dude has been getting worse at making movies. His big thing was shocking twist endings, after the Sixth Sense and Unbreakable (One of my favorite movies) he has produced nothing above C grade work (Ever sense The Happening and Avatar, my poop is better produced than those movies).
Just because he gave us two great movies doesn't mean we can't shit on him. Thats like saying "Why are you guys being so mean to Mr. Smith? He gave us a pen that never runs out of ink! Sure he molested a kid or two. BUT THE PEN NEVER RUNS OUT OF INK! Same difference.
I know he isn't directing the movie, but just having an affiliation drives many people (including me) away. Besides I already called bullshit on the movie even before I saw his name, so it was just the icing on the cake.
