Right now I'm trying to bounce between five different games and I feel I'll never complete any. Do you ever feel like this? You're currently on a play through and then you have the urge to play another game. It's like there is too many good games out there.

I get this a lot. I buy one game a month. Sometimes I don't feel like playing games for a couple of weeks. So I fall behind and my backlog just grows and grows. Right now, I'm bouncing between Bayonetta, Atelier Totori, and Phantom Brave. And I'm getting BlazBlue: CSE next month. Too many games.

I currently own little over 225 PS2 games.
I've played maybe 80 of them.
About 50 titles where I've actually seen the end, probably 30 I actually "completely" played out.

And then I haven't even got started on my PS3, X360, Wii and PC.

I keep buying games to play during free time I don't have...

A second hand game store sells most current generation games for about $20 or less and previous generations for $10 or less. I just recently got into gaming so I have about 15 PS2 games on my shelf I feel like I'll never touch. Currently bouncing between Skyrim, Back to the Future (Telltale), Godfather II, GTA: San Andreas, and Kingdom Hearts. I also want to do a second play through of Mass Effect 2 before three comes out.

Yeah, and I hate it when it happens. It's especially bad right after Christmas or my birthday. I end up playing through them quicker than I would otherwise like to, and I feel like I don't get full enjoyment out of the game the first time that I play through it. I usually end up enjoying them a lot better if I get around to a second playthrough, since I don't feel like I'm quite as rushed to get through them.

I miss the days when I only got about 2-3 games a year, and played the hell out of the ones that I got. I sure got my money's worth out of just about every PS2 game I have.

for the past 5 months or so...yeah

I now seem to have an aversion to finishing games...which is rediculous because unlike before I actually have money for games
