I got hit with the "looks like someone's using your account" message when trying to access my email today, only to find out that the recovery option is basically an endless loop since the questionnaire is completely useless.
Trying to see if XBL will connect results in the same problem, with an error code 8015D02E. Googling that code results in finding out in the past 2 weeks, a lot of people have had similar problems, and Microsoft has absolutely no answer on how to fix it. At least, no answer they're willing to post for all to see.
All in all, I'm pissed because my old hotmail (which got merged with outlook recently) account that's been my primary email address for over a decade is now useless since I can't access it, and my gamertag that I've had since 2006 is also fucked.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you get it fixed?
