It sort of fixes the game. I mean, it's still a bad port but it does have a smoother framerate. They still didn't realy fix the controller issue. You can aparantly play the game with other controllers then the 360 one but I couldn't get mine to work. I am somewhat pleased with this upgrade but at the same time I feel it is still too litle too late.
BTW my specs are:
E6850 (3ghz)
2gig RAM
8800 GTS512
I play in 1680*1050 at the recommended graphical settings and was getting a very inconsistant framerate in between 15 and 30 fps before this patch. It has improved now to somewhere between 22 and 40 fps.
