A little background info:
My school is highly reputable, well, except for the marijuana. We never have fights or improper conduct, and we NEVER have this kind of incident on campus.

So anyway, before school when everybody was standing outside waiting for class to begin, a Volvo station wagon pulled up containing a 20-something year old man. He proceeded to pick up two freshmen girls and pull into a parking space. Two seniors were in a nearby car warming up, and they saw the man get in the back with the girls, and saw one of them giving him a blowjob. They went inside and alerted a teacher, who went outside and retrieved the girls. The guy immediately left. The girls were sent to the principal and stayed there for about an hour. But here's the kicker, the principal didn't even call the parents. Hell, I would have called the fucking police. Two girls who are under the age of consent giving blowjobs to an over-18 year old? That's grounds for the cops, right? The two girls were back in class in an hour and spent the rest of the day at school. Do you think the parents should have been brought to the school, or at least the girls should have been sent home?

Edit: It's a tiny school, 400 students max. Which means that the parking lot is tiny. Everyone could see, the way I see it, at least drive down the block.

EDIT 2: I LEFT OUT AN INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT DETAIL! One of the girls who I was listening to said that the other girl had met the guy online. This raises even more issues.

You think that's bad? About half our school's Varsity Football coaching staff got arrested in the same night. One for sex-ting a girl from our school, the others for possession of marijuana. It was all over the papers. Odd thing is the school didn't put out a letter or anything. Just sort of went over everyone's heads...

NO. Props for the principal keeping it on the low-low. Letting everyone know about this would ruin the girls' lives. Give 'em a second chance. A close call like this teaches a lesson just as well.

Those girls really couldn't wait to get home or wherever? If you're blowing someone in a car, in your school parking lot, it clearly isn't your first time. Not unless you're reeeally daring.

Making it public would be like cutting your own wrists and then pouring salt into the wound and complaining that it hurts. It's already damaging, so leave it alone. They clearly gave consent. They weren't resisting him.

If the word got out the girls could possibly get raped or constantly hit on by older men. which would not be good for the psychology of the girls, they might finally just snap and murder everyone or succumb to them and become a slave. but thats just worse case scenario and there not kids anymore so they cant be that easily influenced.

I'm with you OP. The police and parents should have been called.

The girls have bigger issues than the aftermath of a bad reputation. I disagree with all of the sympathizers in this thead

OP says they were under age where he lives. That's still statutory rape. Under most legal laws the girls names won't be released and considering they did it in a tiny parking lot most people in the school will know of it via word of mouth anyways. Personally I don't like doing the whole go to extremes example that most people do so I'm not going to do it but just say in the eyes of the law a person a day underage and a person ten years underage are still the same crime.

I don't know the age of consent in your area, but if the guy was over 3 years older than the girls, chances are, unless they were 18, it was considered rape. I would make a bad joke about maybe giving the principal a blowjob, but that seems tasteless.

I think the parents should have been called. Hell, if it were me, I'd have written down the guy's tag number. In fact, he'd have been lucky to make it out of the parkinglot. I don't take stuff like that lightly.

When I was in 9th grade, one of my best friends sexually assaulted two (possibly three, we never could tell if the third girl was telling the truth, she kept changing her story). Anyway, he had walked by me not five minutes before I was told about it. I was going to go into the parkinglot and smear his head on the pavement. Luckily, cooler heads prevailed and it took all four of my friends that told me to hold me back. XD

On a slightly different note though, the parents may have been called, but it sounds like they weren't. The principal was probably just trying to keep the situation controlled, but with so many people seeing it, it was pointless. The situation I just talked about wasn't common knowledge at my school.

Needless to say, he and I are no longer friends.

I seriously can't believe blowjobs are so common that a girl would willingly give one to a dude on a parking lot. I'd have the guy arrested immediately and have the girls' parents come over to school right away. That kind of behaviour leads to early pregnancies, not to mention the fact that nowadays sex seems to be... well... not as important and intimate as it used to be...

Anything could have happened in that principal's office for an hour. Maybe the parents were called. Maybe the police were called. Maybe an agreement was made to keep things on the hush-hush. Maybe the principal got a blowjob too (not joking). Just because something doesn't happen somewhere where you can see it, doesn't mean that something is or isn't happening. Also, you don't know exactly why what happened, happened. There are no doubt extra details to this story that you are not privy to. I wouldn't be so quick to judge before you know the full story.

Ehhh, I'm not entirely suprised. But yeah here in Mass the age of consent is 16. And yes keeping it quiet, between the parents and the kid and the school is probably the best way to go. Everyone deservs one second chance right?

Dude, if you're getting girls pregnant when they give you blow jobs, you're doing it wrong.

(just kidding, I know what you meant)

I think the police could have been contacted. I mean, it's school property... If you want to do that, take it to a private place.

Probably the best way to deal with it. You said your school is "highly reputable", well I'm sure the principal/headmaster wants to keep it that way. And the situation would have turned out badly for the girls as well if the incident was publicised. Not the legally correct thing to do, but discretion is also very important - looking at the positives and negatives of certain courses of action for a specific situation. It's good, what separates us from being robots.
