I have a .wps text file. I cannot open it for the life of me. Can anyone direct me to something that can convert this file to a file compatible with microsoft word?

If you don't have MS Works or Open office you need to get it converted. You can either use a free online converter or use the resources in the link.

EDIT: Hell yes it works!

Rename the file, and have it set so that you can change the file extension. Then simply rename it from 'whatever.wps' to 'whatever.doc', and it should be fine...
