I think Left 4 Dead 2 does, but you know, you're right. why do we have to shell out real world money for fake clothing? also any object that is 400 microsoft points is officially not worth it

You unlock them just like achievements.I think Splosion Man is the only game so far with them.I got the T shirt from that

I mean, I can understand there being a lack of rewards for non-exclusive games, but you would think that games like Mass Effect 2 and other exclusives would have them, even if the content was added after the intitial release.

I have the Left 4 Dead 2 medkit for beating all the campaigns and a t-shirt for rescuing valve's favorit gnome. I really don't see the purpose behind it but hey it doesn't bother me just gives me some more thing to do in order for my game experience to increase
