That Mariah Carey christmas song always makes me sad, because of memories I associate with it...and because it's a terrible song. Does that count?

for me it would be:
"Nobody Knows" by Babyface (lots of sad memories with that song)
"Eternal Snow" by Changin' My Life (reminds me of a very good friend)
"Valley Of The Damned" by Dragonforce (just because it's a kick ass song)

"Wind Up" by Foo Fighters
"Stay Away" by Nirvana
"Everyday Is Exactly The Same" by Nine Inch Nails

All very relevant songs to my life, and all, more or less, dealing with the same things in my life.

With Every Intention, by boysetsfire: It's about acceptance that no matter what you do, things will never go exactly the way you planned them. That includes sorting out your life. Story of my life.

Hedonism, by Skunk Anansie: the important line "Just because you feel good doesn't make it right". Strongly related to my morals (you could call me straight edge, but that's a stupid movement for twats who think they're cool because they don't drink/do drugs. Who gives a shit, don't brag with your goddamn morals, you're not a mormon)

Have you noticed how you can always incorporate at least one Beatles song into every single day?

Examples:
"Boys are just so frustratingly stupid."
"Wait... Do You Want To Know A Secret from Yesterday?
"Someone Help!"
"I Will kill every single ************ in this establishment."
"Did you hear The Word? It is going to Rain."
"Yes It Is going to be fun."
"You Can't Do That without getting arrested."
"I Want To Tell You something important."
"Don't worry, I Feel Fine."
"Ah man, my hair is messed up... mind if you Lend Me Your Comb?"
"Happy Birthday!"
"Get Back, it is going to explode!"
"I saw the hugest Black Bird ever!"
"Misery loves company!"
"The Night Before I got totally trashed, man!"
"Can you Dig It, dawg?"
"I hear Theres A Place where smoking marijuana is legal."

It is a bit obvious that I love the Beatles. The most important song to me is Lovely Rita. By the Beatles. As if that was a surprise.

"Pinball Wizard" - The Who. The first concert I went to with one of my mates, we kept shouting at the dodgy support act to play "Pinball Wizard". Good times...

"Beautiful World" and "Who can it be now?" - Colin Hay both mean an awful lot to me as they helped me deal with some issues a few years ago.

"Vertigo" - U2. Very first song I heard live, so it gets a special place in my heart for that.

Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls
Of All The Gin Joints In All The World by Fall Out Boy
I Write Sins Not Tragedies by Panic At The Disco
Tarantula by Pendulum
Only Love Can Set You Free by N-Trance
Girlfriend by NSync (God help me)

All for very different reasons...

Something I Can Never Have, Hurt, and Right Where It Belongs by Nine Inch Nails
Idioteque, Let Down, How To Disappear Completely, and Street Spirit by Radiohead
Scar Tissue by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Time Is Running Out and Starlight by Muse

That's all for now, but I'll probably think of more later.

XD awesome. I suppose the tougher ones are "I am the Walrus" "Lucy in the sky with diamonds" and if you could bring this up in a normal conversation I'll give you a cookie "I dig a pony"
