So today Sonic Boom premiered in the early morning (7:30 am) on Cartoon Network. So I was wondering, if you saw it what did you think of it? Did you like it or did you hate it and wish for it to never exist?
The show in itself is set up like how most cartoon shows are, 2 10-15 minute cartoons in a half hour slot.
In my opinion after seeing it, I rather enjoyed it. Some of the jokes made me laugh, and I loved the constant banter between Eggman and Sonic. More so on Eggman's part thanks to Mike Pollock. Some of the jokes fell a bit flat, but I also know it's supposed to be a kids show. I think I'll actually watch this series, since the first episodes I found to be good.
The only thing I'm not a big fan of is Cubot's voice. I mean he's still voiced by Wally Wingert, but it just feels like his performance is vastly different from what it was in Sonic Colors and Sonic Lost World. Kirk Thorton's performance as Orbot also sounded a bit different as well, but that just may be me hearing things.
