sound problem

When I talk everyone can hear what I hear(ingames like css gun sounds etc) like I am using speakers which they say is 10x times louder than my voice meaning they can barely hear me.
When I breathe on the mic I can hear it in the ear cups. Any one know how to fix it. Tried everything I can think of.

Thats what I have atm. I recently swapped pcs and it worked fine on old one.

Is there a volume control on your mic, because you might be able to turn the volume of your mic down.

I doubt that will fix it, if I turn my mic down then they won't be able to hear me then.

a bit hard to diagnose without having first-hand experience. I would suggest going to a local hardware store (the larger ones will just try to sell you some new expensive mic + sound system)

Get a return? sorry I can't really think of anything wish my mic would arrive soon.

Fixed it. I uninstalled my realtek 2.28 and installed the realtek 2.26 all settings are exact same. Don't know why it works doesn't make much sense. thank for your help.
