A few years ago I bought my pc from chill blast already set up. Today I changed the psu and gpu but I noticed there is one loose cable. I checked the motherboard manual and saw that it is the front panel audio connector but I have no idea where to put the cable that is plugged in to the motherboard.

Well the front panel on your case should have audio cable/pins to match, that is if your PC case has an audio panel anywhere at all, this is not the most common feature.

That looks like a spare audio connector. Some desktop cases have two connectors for front panel audio so they can work with the old standard (AC'97) and the new standard (HD Audio). The one connected to the bottom left header is probably labeled HD Audio and the loose one is probably AC'97. The P8P67 motherboard has an AAFP header which I believe makes it compatible with both standards however HD Audio is a better choice as it includes plug and remove detection and allows a different audio stream than the back connector.
