SSF4 Dudley vs. Blanka

To all the good people of the Escapist: I know a query like the following one would probably be better posted on Shoryuken or some site like that, but I really don't feel like making a profile just to ask this one question. With that in mind: what do you do against a Blanka who just spams lightning when you're playing as Dudley? Someone pulled this crap on me, over and over and over again, and I must say it annoyed the hell out of me.

Dudley doesn't have any high priority attacks? Lightning has a medium priority, so there are a surprising number of attacks that cut right though it. Learn your priority attacks.. For instance, Zangief's backhand attack (the green fist one) has the highest priority in the game.. If it ever hits someone who's simultaneously doing an attack, it hits, and the other attack misses.

So Dudley probably has at least a couple attacks that will cut through the Lightning. I don't play the game anymore, and have never played Dudley, so I don't know specifically which ones will work.

Priority attacks, you say? I only started playing the series with SSF2THDR (worst acronym EVAR), so I'm really not that knowledgeable.
