Hi, my brother is currently having an interesting issue with his Steam games.
Since about February, everything he's bought on steam has occasionally reverted to versions long before he even had the game. (This only affects the newer games he had bought, such as Wargame : Airland battle, Saints row IV and Payday 2) For example, this weekend he bought Payday 2 (Currently on Version 1.7) - We went to play some this afternoon (I'm away at university ) and his game is suddenly on Version 1.3 (This came out in October of last year?!)
I'm just curious on what the problem is, as it can sometimes delay playing by a good hour or so (as re-updating downloads go significantly slower than the internet speed.)
I tried googling it but i can't seem to find anybody that's had a similar issue..
