Hello there fellow escapists,
I come before you today with a problem i am having on steam. A few months back i downloaded a few mods for half life 2. The names of said mods are irrelevant, however, i quickly tired of these mods as i do with most, and when i sought to remove them from my computer. Although that was a success. Removing them from my list of games on steam was a failure. I have since remedied the problem by creating a "Trash" tab. But that has only got this finicky 19 year old boy so far. It is now starting to become an eyesore and i want quite badly to be rid of these names from my list.

I have tried removing the game/mods by normal means. Right click > Delete local content. However such an option does not exist.

I searched my computer for the files, but teh search comes up with nothing.

Google was no help either.

So i am a loss as to what to do next.

Help a brother out guys?

Go to your program files, Steam, Steamapps, and common. Search for the folders that have the same name as the mods, and delete them. That should fix the problem.
