Stream Not Found Error

I've been getting "stream not found" errors every time I've tried to view a video here. And I tried refreshing but that didn't work but it worked when I closed my browser and opened it again, but the error came back after viewing one video.
I've tried using another internet browser.
What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
