Stupid shows that you watch

I was watching a marathon of "The Joe Schmo Show" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Joe_Schmo_Show

It is a stupid reality show where only one contestant is real and everyone else is an actor. I actually enjoy it and feel bad for enjoying it.

Also, "The Smoking Gun Presents" Is pretty stupid but I do not feel bad for enjoying stupid people getting hurt.

What are some stupid shows you like?

EDIT: more specifically I consider all TV to be stupid (except most of the Discovery, History, and NASA channels (or the educational equivalent thereof)).

There's not much i watch on TV lately, but the one thing I watch that if I told someone I watched it, they'd laugh at me is professional wrestling. Yes, I know it's fake, and it's stupid, but it's amusing. And there are plenty of stupider things to watch nowadays -_-.

I kid I kid, the most stupid things I remember watching was morning cartoons whilst I had glandela fever. I would just sit there watching this brain melting muck, whilst wishing I had the remote control. Mind you, most morning shows are a load of rubbish in Britain, it's either property, or antquies...

Deadiest Warrior, and a whole slew of small claims court shows. Seriously, if it's about poor people fighting over money in front of a judge, then I'm there like a Roman at the Arena. It satisfies the same impulses, I think. Judge Judy, Judge Mathis, Judge Joe Brown, The People's Court, Extreme Akim, I love all of it. Does that make me a bad person? Maybe, but I don't care.
