Actually, I remembered another one: CheapShark [https://www.cheapshark.com/] - kind of goes well with your username, too :p It's the same as the other website. I don't know if one has more or less sources than the other.

There is also the Enhanced Steam browser plugin [http://www.enhancedsteam.com/] which does something like this

From experience, unless the game is in a bundle somewhere, I find the best deals outside of Steam to be GreenManGaming or G2A. Occasionally you will find a deal on HumbleBundle but usually they are the same price as Steam
