I'm not above trying out older games, either, DOS games included.

I've played:
the Mass Effect series (my favorite series)
KotoR (loved)
Dragon Age (again: loved ;D )
Baldur's Gate 1 (didn't really like it; is Baldur's Gate II better?)
Elder Scrolls series
Fallout series (all of them; I loved 2 and 3 especially)
Planescape: Torment
Deus Ex games
The Witcher 2 (never finished it, but I liked what I did play)
Persona 4 (that one's kinda debatable, I guess)
X-COM (Not so much an RPG, but I love being able to fully customize entire bases and individual units; that kind of control is something I really like)

I just really want a game where I can feel like I, as the player, have very heavy influence. I'm in the mood for an RPG with choice (again, doesn't necessarily to be an RPG) but I feel like I've played most of the good ones. I'd love any suggestions.
Even if you're not sure if it counts or if it's not an RPG, post it anyway. I just really want to play something new.

Alpha Protocol! It's one of the best, if not the best game, where choices have consequences all the way through the game and not just superficial, but actual, gamechanging consequences.

That's my suggestion. I see you've played a lot the Bioware games already and since you like them, you might as well go ahead and give Jade Empire a try. It's still Bioware, but a unique setting and one of their less-appreciated games. Still a great one, though.
