What actually happened to these?
Their tagline was 'funnies every Sunday' or somesuch, yet I can only find one.

Was it really SO unfunny that they scrapped it after one episode?

And by the same token, is Chris Slack out of a job now?

Nice bump there, and I know not of what you speak specifically (the newspaper funnies maybe?)
The newspaper still does funnies every sunday, but if you're talking about a webcomic or something similar then chances are they either:
a)ran out of money
b)ran out of time
c)got bored with it
d)All of the above or any combination
