The Newer DC Brave & the Bold series teamed up 2 heroes an issue having one leave and the other team up with a new hero the next issue. Lets follow that pattern.
Rules:
Take one of the 2 characters from the post above you and Team them up with a hero/villan of your choice. Then add a short summary as to how their adventure would go.
I'll start with a big gun everyone knows Superman and Then add the Metal Men (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metal_Men)
Superman is searching for Metallo who has been stealing Hi-Tech components in a desperate bid to make himself more powerful through upgrades. Upgraded Metallo breaks into Dr Magnus's lab advanced componets only to be confronted by the Metal Men. Metallo makes short work of the team but is stalled enough for Supes to find him. Metallo's upgrades allow him to take the edge over big blue until the Metal men regroup and team up with Superman. Lead makes himself into a suit for Superman to protect him from metallo's kryptonite heart (and mercury becomes his cape just cause its something he would do). Together the Metal Men and Superman defeat metallo and save the day.
