Super Mario 3 on Wii

OK, so I got my 500 points back from Nintendo after they refunded my Internet channel and my Mrs was all excited about getting Super Mario Bros 3.

Went through all the normal steps, downloaded, etc but when we try to play it the screen continually scrolls from bottom to top (like the V-synch was out if anyone is old enough to know what that means).

We're running component cables if that makes a difference though could find nothing when I tried to Google the problem.

Everything else runs 100% fine, just SMB3 that does it.

Any help or suggestions would be...well, great.

I've been Googling since my post and the best I could find was delete and re-download. Might try this, perhaps something about it was corrupt.

Are you sure it's an issue with the Nintendo and not your TV? Verify that first and it should, at the very least, give you an inkling on which patch to take (tv or wii).
