should a company come out with a game that is open world you can play as like GTA that you can play as your favorite game character or superhero

Well, that would require quite a bit of programming in order to accommodate everyone's favorite superhero, now wouldn't it?

It you are talking strictly on a personal basis, then no, as Deadpool probably wouldn't do well in an open world game.

A few have already been made though. Spider-man has a couple, and even the Hulk had one. Prototype and inFamous also did this, but they were not already licensed superheroes.
