I would say South Park probably has the most creative use of swearing I've seen, if not the most outright.
"Horse fucker"
"Boner-biting dick-fuck fuck face"
"Donkey raping shit eater"
The list goes on...

I'm gonna have to agree with The Big Lebowski, just look up the "fuckin short version" on youtube. It may not be the most offensive uses for swearing, but I haven't seen a movie with more casual use of it.
