I use it for Guild Wars 2 and it works great with it. Judging by a lot of the screenshots in that thread, works good for a lot of other games too. Also, it really looks good for Bethesda games (especially Fallout 3).
Personally, at least with Guild Wars 2, I try out various configurations people have made and see what I like best. Sometimes tweaking the settings after that. Doesn't really need to be made specifically for said game. I'm using one based for Borderlands 2, and looks the best I've used for GW2 and I didn't need to make any changes. But, my preferred settings would probably be a lot different than anothers.
Anyway, thought I would share.
It is pretty much ENB or what have you...but I personally like it more. The download link and all the screenshots people have made with their configs for various game, are all in that thread I linked.
