Team fortress 2 TV show!?

Well I thought my day couldn't get any better but it has.

A recent announcement by Adult Swim has confirmed that it would be teaming up with Valve to bring us something Team Fortress related.

Of course this is just speculation but come on, how awesome would that be!? It is very possible. Sorry I don't have any links I'm having a lot of trouble connecting to any websites right now due to the thunderstorm.

My god this is a pitiful attempt to return to the forums here isn't it?

What the actual promotional is, I don't know. Might be the Saxxys, since Valve promised it would be an annual thing. But according to some time on the promo images, it's expected to come out around 18:00 Valve time (or around three hours from this post being posted). I don't know for sure, everything I'm saying is second-hand accounts.

I'm not sure if I'm comfortable setting my hopes as high as a TV show (perhaps a mini-series, but nothing syndicated), but the only thing apart from that or a TV movie I can imagine Adult Swim doing with them is some sort of DVD release of the Meet the Team videos (and even then Adult Swim seems like an odd partner for that, but then again this is Valve we're talking about).

I just...I don't know. I can't make anything of this. I am burning with interest, though. I'll be on pins and needles all week!
