TF2 spray

Was playing some TF2 today on blackmesa and eGo server )some of you might know them,anyway, I've prob. logged 30-40hrs on that server with the same community of players over the past year, always had the same spray, if you don't know eGo they have some pretty strict rules about mic spamming, rude behavior, profanity, the list goes on, I don't agree with all of them, but w/e its not my server so not my rules,

To the point my spray has always been a sign the says, "OH Bollocks!" no one has ever had a problem with it and, I never thought it broke any of their rules, but today out of the blue a moderator, Whom I've played with on many occasions, told me my spray was offensive and to not use it anymore on their servers,

So. I ask you guys, in general would you be offended by an " OH Bollocks!" spray? personally I just think its semi humorous and don't feel like changing it/end rant

Under the circumstances, you're going to have to change it if you want to keep playing on their server. It sucks, but as you said - they have some controversial rules.

yeah I know changing it takes a sec and i prob will do that or just not spray there, was just asking if anyone here finds it at all offensive.

It's a spray, it takes like a minute to change, just change it.

Except for when your Steam, for some reason, insists that every photo you own is corrupt, even when you can open them in other programs, have them in the correct size, and try them in every format known to man.

Personally, I wouldn't care, but I don't pay attention to sprays generally.

The servers I play on seem to have a constant competition to have the most offensive sprays ever. I don't think I'd play on a server that gave me trouble about my spray. It's not like it's a kids game, and there is no reason for it to be SFW. It's just people being petty.
On the other hand, you could argue that I am being silly because I want to be able to post foul language on my spray. I'd just tell you to fuck yourself.

OT: I personally don't find it offensive, but there's not really much you can do about that. It's their server, you've gotta put up with their rules.

As a person of principle, I have two answers for you.

1. Fuck that noise. It's just a fucking word, as all so called 'curse words' are. Words are only offensive if they're aimed directly at someone or a people in particular, and even then, only because of the intent behind it and the conviction it's used with, not the word itself.

2. Their house, their rules. You said it yourself. So, yeah, if I wanted to keep playing there, I'd stop it with the testes-tags. But, I, myself, would certainly let my disappointment on it be known by sending a civilly-worded message to the mod.

Some servers are annoyingly pretentious. eGo thinks since they have so many servers and popularity, everyone will suck the admins off for no reason (and their little pubbie clan tag isn't worth ****, by the way, its a stupid no skill "gaming community" that's overpopulated with faggots)

What I will say:
Go to a different server...it ain't worth arguing with them, your in the perfect place to be admin abused on, just kinda find a new server.
