Everyone has one, that one specific thing that just puts your nerves on end. For example, my specific thing is IV's. Not shots, needles, doctors, hospitals, or surgery. It?s that thick liquid transmitting syringe that NO nurse can seem to get in on the first try. So what is your Specific thing?

My eyes. Nothing can go near my eyes. Ever. I can't even take eye-drops. My eyes are just way too squeamish for anything to work.

Well, for spots that I just plain hate getting cut or stabbed or mutilated in any way are the achilles tendon, the stomach, the wrists, that spot where they draw blood out of your arm, and the eyes.

Those spots are the absolute worst for me.

Edit: I almost forgot: The often forgotten Toenail/fingernails. I really hated that one scene in District 9...

OT: Needles, spiders and stinging bugs. Needles and syringes are self-explanatory, hence why I'm terrified of Bioshock. Spiders just scare the shit out of me, no matter what. Stinging bugs, maybe it's just because I've never been stung by a bee or wasp or anything, I just don't EVER want it to happen.

Anything that is horrible and mindless but still revoltingly ugly and altogether alive ... so mainly ugly bugs. The idea of something being completely driven by nothing more than the natural impulses such as eat, sleep and have sex gives me a creepy feeling. Dogs are fine, because they can feel pain and joy and what-not, but things like grasshoppers and cockroaches *shivers*.
