So let's say you're sitting in your room with your crush, whoever they may be.

And things are going okay, not great, not bad, you're just hanging. And you want to impress them, you want to bare everything you have for them, you want to show them that you're different. That you're worth something. But you can't put it into words.

You can't work it in.

What would be the one question they could ask you, that would let you show them everything?

That one thing they have to ask you?

Mine would be, "Who are you?"

"So what's the difference between jazz and jazz-fusion again?"

Oh yes. Time for a music lesson.

"Why am I here?" Keep in mind that it would be her asking me this, and I don't mean it in a why do I exist kind of way. I mean why is she spending time with me of all people. I probably wouldn't be able to come up with a good answer.

Yes, it was quite masterful. I don't have anything else to add, although I feel as though I should post. Besides, more posts for you, more people who view the page. And it would be interesting to see a creative reply that thinks of the situation in a different, more alien way that doesn't reek of silliness.

Although, the silly ones were quite funny. lol

"What's your favorite Disney movie?"

God, I could spend hours answering that. But I think pretty soon they would understand my deep understanding and passion for Disney animation :3

More posts for me,
More posts for you,
I'll have a post,
You have one too!

But yes, as far as serious answers go, it's a doozy of a ringer. Although it'd likely involve me slowly raising my voice as I get overly animated, until I rival Brian Blessed.
[sub]Which would be so awesome.[/sub]

"Have you ever read much about the Knights Templar?"

And then I would gush on about history for hours, being the Templar enthusiast I am, then I would be in love and have his babies.

... Okay, maybe not quite that extreme, but I would be happy.

"wanna do it?"

to which I'd reply:

"sure".

or

"would you like some blueberry pancakes?"

to which I'd reply:

"sure".

I'm really not sure, because you see...it already happened, as a matter of fact. You see, I've already told her that I love her and accept her, pros and cons, without fail. I did that and it may have been what saved her life.

"Why do you keep staring at me like that? It's creeping me out."

I would reply with a high-pitched shriek.

Plus some extra words to avoid low word count.
In both contexts...

OT: 'Are you alright?'

Don't expect a simple answer when you ask me that... I will proceed into a diatribe of everything that's going on in my head. Best make yourself comfortable.

"Tell me about your RPG characters."

Not a question, granted, but with my spine that hardly matters.
