I did get Saren to commit suicide in Mass Effect 1 at the end though, so I guess I'll go with that.

Borderlands. Run out, shoot him a few times, run back. With all 4 of us we made him into our ***** on the first go, all of us finishing with almost all health left.

Of course, Saint's Row 2's final boss was easy with coop and both of us equipped with rocket launchers.

Would you count Rayquaza in Pokemon as a boss fight? There is only one of it after all, and he is meant to be pretty damn hard to beat/catch. Pity that I caught him with a run-of-the-mill Pokeball.

Oh, and Perfect Chaos on Sonic Adventure. Beat him on the first time that I ever picked up a Dreamcast controller.

Ah, Ninja'd. I honestly could not believe the stupidity of the decision to have that as the ending "boss" of the game. Especially considering how bloody hard RAAM was.

Bioshock's last boss was surprisingly easy.

Agreed, I have only ever played the game on Hard and I only lost a couple of times (getting used to his attacks etc.) before massacring him.

ME2's boss was pretty easy...
The most suprisingly easy (though not the easiest) was the guy right at the end of FFIX. I had heard that he was really hard, and I was busy fighting him and all and then suddenly I lost my concerntration and when I looked back, I had won.

Easiest boss battle ever was Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I cringe to admit I played such a child's game but I enjoy the challenge of finding all the hidden stuff in the game and the main game is just a side thing to me. I had so much health and there are only like 5 dueling spells in the whole game so I was able to easily dominate the ending of the game without too much effort.

I refuse to consider that a boss fight.
The Reaper larvae (i think thats what it was called) was really very easy.
