Subject Lost, the people who left lost all respect from me when they got themselves banned. I was still lurking when NoMoreSanity did what he did, and I still remember Max, and those times made me feel like an outcast because of how close everyone was to each other. I honesty don't miss those days.
If you two are talking about MaxTheReaper, I've yet to see what he was banned for.

I just miss the threads Subject Max, I won't say that it was better than these days, that would make me feel like a pretentious dick and I do that enough already. However it was a different time and one that I do miss on occasion, you just don't see as many intricate things like that anymore in Forum Games and once and a while it depresses me

Subject Lost, it's just that whenever I see people who start mentioning the olden days a lot of the time they say how it sucks now, and the new users are ruining it. That just makes me angry and was the main reason as to why I didn't join the Escapist back in 08. It was because I felt like I'd be shunned and not liked because I'd be new. When Sanity committed Escapist hari kari I knew that things would probably start to change and maybe I'd feel welcome but I was still in fear of not being accepted so I waited a very long time.

Subject Kcits, Max was banned because he insulted someone way over the top and it was essentially the straw that broke the Camel's back. No More Sanity went almost the same way it was a gradual build up until he made a very sexist remark in a thread about why girl's take pictures of themselves

As I said Subject Max I'm not going to say what era was better and all that BS, but there are certain aspects of each year that I loved and hated, its just different times is all, no better no worse. Though I do like to joke about it time to time
